The Privateers Bounty maps are are in CFF files

The Privateers Bounty maps are "Cartographic Feature Files" (I find). If the key pieces for the maps and ships are text, then we should be able to add new maps and ships. Adding suitable 3-D models for the land and ships in the Anglo-Dutch Wars is critical (well, maybe not critical, but they would be really nice to have).
