Most people may not understand what I mean when I say "scenario" in the context of Privateers Bounty. Technically speaking, it is a binary file with the suffix ".sc". It is a binary file that captures everything that is needed to run the Privateers Bounty to simulate a battle. You do, in fact need the "usrships.ini" file, as well (I think).
